In order to fulfill the processing purposes defined below, we process both personal data provided directly by the client when submitting a request, as well as other personal data voluntarily provided by the client or already held within an existing business relationship.
We also process data obtained from third parties (such as public authorities or specialized information providers), as well as data generated internally through processing activities.

- Identification data: name, surname, gender, personal identification number, ID series and number, date and place of birth, citizenship, nationality, etc.

In certain situations, to fulfill processing purposes arising from a client request, personal data may also belong to:
- representatives or authorized persons
- contact persons
- co-debtors, guarantors, beneficial owners
- family members
- insurance beneficiaries
- payment beneficiaries
These data are obtained from contractual documentation, and Iomico may not be able to directly inform these individuals. In such cases, the client is responsible for informing them.
Please do not provide special categories of personal data, such as data regarding trade union membership, political opinions, religious beliefs, or health status.
