For our customers in the country and abroad, we deliver the desired jewellery using a fast courier service. This means that completed orders arrive within 72 hours.
Each piece of jewellery created by Iomico is custom-made according to each customer’s requirements. The time taken in the production process indicates a high quality, luxury piece of jewellery that will stay in the family for generations to come.
The time taken to make the jewellery varies according to the complexity of the jewellery and the options chosen and can vary between 14 and 31 days. If you have any questions or would like to surprise us in a very short time, you can contact us by phone, chat or email office@iomico.ro and we will do our best to help you.
We stand behind every piece of jewellery we create and want you to be truly delighted with your purchase. If you are not 100% satisfied with your chosen jewellery, you can return it in its original condition (unworn or unused) within 14 days , opting for a replacement or refund.
For custom-made jewellery (to customer specifications), we can offer a refund if it is found not to meet the quality standard. In the unlikely event that you are not satisfied with the jewellery ordered or find a flaw, please do not hesitate to contact us at office@Iomico.ro , the jewellery will be checked by one of our jewellers.
Jewellery must be returned in its original packaging, undamaged in “new and unused condition” with all documents. Jewellery showing obvious signs of wear or alteration by a jeweller other than Iomico will not be accepted. We will process the refund within a maximum of 14 working days after receipt and verification of the jewellery.

User Obligations

Promotions
The rules of promotions are established by Iomico.ro, are displayed on the site and apply to orders placed during their validity period, within the limits of available stock. Iomico.ro may cancel a promotion at any time without having to inform the User in advance.
In the event of typographical or system errors during the application of discounts, IOMICO reserves the right to update the order amount or cancel any order placed with incorrect prices, without further obligation to the customer even after receipt of an order confirmation or a dispatch advice.
Guarantees
Iomico.ro is not responsible for information and services provided by third parties or links to other sites.
Jurisdiction
The laws of Romania shall govern the present contract and any dispute arising from it. These conditions may be modified at any time, without prior notice to the User, and shall be deemed to be accepted by the User upon their posting on the site.

Iomico assumes no responsibility for the inaccuracy of data regarding product prices, and the price of each product will be confirmed to the customer by an Iomico operator, at the time of order confirmation, before the actual delivery of the products.
The stock of the products displayed on the www.iomico.ro website is not updated in real time, it will be confirmed to the customer by the Iomico operator, after placing the order. Certain products ordered may not be in stock. If the customer has previously ordered and paid by card for a product that is not in stock and cannot be delivered, the customer will be refunded the full amount paid.

Iomico undertakes to deliver the products from an online order only after prior confirmation by phone by the Iomico operator, who transmits to the customer the stock and the final price of the products and, implicitly, the total value of the order. Only after the telephone confirmation of the order is the obligation of Iomico to deliver the ordered products and the obligation of the customer to pay them taken into account. In support of the correct information of customers/visitors, www.iomico.ro may contain links (referrals) to other sites – whose functionality and validity we cannot continuously check and for which Iomico does not assume any responsibility. Acceptance of the terms and conditions provided in the “TERMS AND CONDITIONS” section when purchasing a product from the www.iomico.ro website implies the agreement buyer’s explicit notice of these provisions and consents to have made this decision after fully reading these provisions.
